Yes! All Showit templates are fully responsive, and you can even customize the mobile version separately to make sure everything looks exactly how you want it on every screen.
Will this work on mobile devices?
We frequently customize our Showit website templates. If you’re interested in a custom website, please inquire using the contact form on the contact page or email us at support@daveyandkrista.co.
What if I want someone to customize a website from your shop?
Yes. You’ll make a one-time payment (or split it into two or three installments), and the template is yours forever. Just keep an active Showit subscription to keep your site live.
Is this a one-time purchase?
Most of our customers launch their sites in under two weeks—many in just a few days! The template is fully designed and ready to go. All you need to do is update the copy, add your images, and publish.
How long will it take me to launch my site?
Yes, the Showit has a support team ready to answer your questions and help you along the way. We also provide access to video demos for each of our full templates. And we’re happy to answer questions as well at support@daveyandkrista.com.
Is there support available?
As with anything else, it takes a little time to learn. But we think Showit is one of the easiest website builders on the market. The back-end has a similar feel to Lightroom and the Adobe Suite, so photographers and designers should adjust easily. Their in-app support team is truly helpful and encouraging. You'll love them as much as we do!
Is it truly easy to update your website?
Each purchase of St. Ives includes a license for one personal or business website.
Can I use this for multiple websites or clients?
Absolutely! Every element is fully customizable in Showit—colors, fonts, layouts, and images. And we include editable Canva graphics to help you carry your visual branding across your whole site.
Can I change the colors and fonts to match my brand?
Showit has SEO features built-in for all Showit users. Additionally, WordPress is generally considered one of the most search engine friendly content management systems. If you want a deep dive into SEO, check out our Showit SEO Course.
Is the template SEO friendly?
If you're coming from WordPress or Squarespace, Showit will actually migrate your old blog for you! All you need to do is submit a request—it generally takes about 7 days.
How do I migrate my old blog to my new blog?
Submit a request and Showit will send over directions for updating your DNS settings. They will also set up WordPress for you and connect it to your site.
Do I need to know how to link my domain name and website?
Every template includes the design files, embedded fonts and graphics, color palettes, step-by-step video tutorials, and access to our launch guidance — including page-by-page layout notes, writing prompts for every section, and a pre-launch checklist. You'll also get access to our client community where you can ask questions and connect with other creatives building their sites.
