Want to supercharge pop-ups on your website to generate more leads?
Use BDOW! pop-ups.
Earlier this year, we added a new tool called BDOW! to our website.
BDOW! is a tool for creating advanced pop-ups that help you build a big list faster. It uses advanced features like intelligent display rules and A/B testing.
And now BDOW! integrates fully with Showit.
Showit, a sister company of BDOW, just rolled out a new tool that makes connecting the two platforms super easy. No code is required.
We created a video tutorial that shows you how to quickly connect BDOW! and Showit in five easy steps.
Watch the video tutorial, and then take a look at the process and resources below.
What is a pop-up?
First things first, what is a pop-up? It is the small window or banner that often appears on your screen promoting a message as you scroll through a website, hence the term “pop-up.”
The main purpose of a pop-up is to capture the viewer’s attention and prompt an action. This action can be anything from a newsletter sign-up to a promo code opportunity.

What is BDOW!?
In the company’s own words, BDOW! creates “high-converting, on-brand forms and pop-ups that look just as good as your website.”
BDOW! (formally Sumo) takes pop-ups to the next level and enables you to track conversion rate, revenue generation, views, performance, etc. all from one dashboard.
With 30,000+ active installs, BDOW! is one of the top pop-up tools in the design industry.
We love how much BDOW! allows business owners to get specific with targeting, provides vast customization, and results in powerful conversion.

Once your Showit and BDOW! accounts are open on your browser, toggle to your Showit account.
2. Locate the Third Party Tab in Showit
In your Showit account, navigate to Site Settings at the top left side of your screen. In the window that just popped open, click the Third Party tab.
Once you’re in the Third Party tab, you’ll see a place where you can paste your BDOW! site ID.
Hint: Finding your BDOW! Site ID is super easy.
3. Retrieve Your BDOW! Site ID
Head over to BDOW! and click the Your Sites tab. Locate your website and hover over the Manage button on the right side.
In the drop-down menu, click View Install Code. At the bottom of the page, you’ll find the site ID code. Click the code to copy it to your clipboard.
If you are currently using the BDOW! WordPress plugin on your Showit website, you can deactivate it because you don’t need both integrations.
4. Paste the BDOW! Site ID in Showit
Head back to Showit and paste the BDOW! site ID directly into the BDOW! textbox you located earlier in the Third Party tab.
5. Save + Enjoy More Leads
Click the Save button in the bottom right corner of the tab. That’s it!
That’s how you install BDOW! on your show website. And a bonus? It automatically integrates with your WordPress blog as well.
