As a designer and creative business owner, inspiration is kind of everything. The people we follow, the art we consume, and even the tools we use shape how we show up in our own work.
Lately, I’ve found myself completely enchanted by a group of creatives who are doing their own thing—boldly, beautifully, and with that perfect mix of heart and strategy. From nursery murals and embroidery kits to meaningful art prints and dreamy gift shops, these are the makers and designers I can’t stop admiring.
So, if you’re looking for:
- New creatives to follow on Instagram
- Gift ideas with heart and artistry
- Fresh inspiration for your own brand or shop
- Or just a cozy internet rabbit hole to get lost in…
…I’ve rounded up some of my current favorites below.

1. Julia McGahee Art
Website: juliamcgaheeart.com
From mint julep bathrooms to pink chinoiserie nurseries, Julia’s mural work is pure enchantment. Her ability to turn an entire room into a whimsical storybook? Unmatched. You can tell she’s poured her heart into every brushstroke, and I’ve found myself scrolling her site for way longer than I’d like to admit. It’s elegant, custom, and full of light.
Current obsession: This Pink Chinoiserie Nursery – It feels like stepping into a fairytale.

2. La Ruche
Website: la-ruche.co
A hometown gem! This sweet little gift shop in my hometown (shared with our brand designer Sara) is a cozy, curated dream. If you’re into warm lighting, thoughtful gifts, and the kind of shop you want to visit with a latte in hand, you’ll love it. Think local market meets French countryside chic.

3. HART Jewelry
Website: shophart.com
HART’s jewelry is like if storytelling and sparkle had a baby. Every piece feels intentional — bold yet wearable. Whether it’s a chunky gold chain or a charm with personal meaning, I love how her designs walk the line between trendy and timeless.

4. Alice Caroline Embroidery & EPP Kits
Website: alicecaroline.com
There is something so meditative about stitching, and Alice Caroline gets it. Her Alice in Paris kit is so beautiful it makes me want to sit in a garden and sip tea with my embroidery hoop. I also love her English Paper Piecing subscription — a monthly creative ritual in a box? Yes please.

5. Elisabeth Stuckey
Website: elisabethstuckey.com
A master of stationery and renowned stationery teacher, Elisabeth has a gift for pairing classic elegance with modern design. Her work reminds me that good design is often quiet and intentional — but never boring. And her resources for new designers? So generous.

6. January Jane Shop
Website: januaryjaneshop.com
If you haven’t seen her Saint Polaroids or Humans of Heaven book, prepare to fall in love. Her work feels deeply meaningful, and the layouts are chef’s kiss. It’s the kind of art that makes you pause — and the perfect gift for someone you love.

7. Bela Collective
Website: belacollective.com
Okay, I’m not even a laser cutter owner and I’m still obsessed. Liz’s acrylic SVG designs are ridiculously cute — especially her little acrylic trucks. The fire truck name signs? Adorable. I love how she makes something technical feel playful and artistic.
Fave product: Vintage Vehicle SVG Set

8. Shelby Dillon Studio
Website:shelbydillonstudio.com
Shelby’s original palm tree and boat paintings are the kind of art that makes a room feel like vacation. I’ve seen her create in person — and she’s the real deal. Her colors are vibrant but balanced, and her work has this breezy sophistication I can’t get enough of.

9. Letters by Shells
Website: lettersbyshells.com
Beautiful lettering with depth and heart. Shells’ work has this peaceful, almost prayerful quality that makes you want to slow down. Her lettering pieces feel like little invitations to be still — and in a world that moves so fast, that’s a gift.
