We tend to live in a world that glorifies those entrepreneurs who are always hustling and seem to never sleep. A joyful and productive day extends beyond work activities. It’s often the time in-between tasks that are the hardest times of the day to manage. Shifting between tasks can result in procrastination and often takes more energy than we want it to. We’ve found that these five non-work activities made us more productive.

To say we can’t live without it is admittedly a bit hyperbolic. But as I look at all the tools Krista and I have used since we started our business six years ago, this one has stood the test of time.

You really need to stop looking at your social media accounts the minute you wake up. Yeah, I’m looking at you. They’re still there. Nothing that important happened between the time you went to bed and woke up. It just didn’t.
