THE QUESTIONNAIRE
Once you hit that “Join Now” button below and checkout, you’ll receive a questionnaire to let us know which template you would like + all the details we need from your current website setup.
If your membership includes the Inquiry System Course access, you’ll receive access right away.
Setup & Customization
We’ll migrate your current blog posts (if you have any,) to either a staging website (so you can work on your website without anyone seeing it) to your live website with a “coming soon” page, or to your live website (we only recommend this if your site is brand new).
We’ll set you up with a login to begin customizing. You’ll receive access to a course filled with tutorials for building and customizing your site & we’re always available via e-mail to answer questions.
Launch
Once your website is complete, if you’re on a staging site (the most common way people work on their new sites,) just shoot us an email and we’ll make your site live!
Then it’s time to celebrate your new site!

FAQ
YOU HAVE QUESTIONS, WE HAVE ANSWERS
Yep, we sure can as long as it’s a WordPress website.
We’ll replace you current host (Squarespace, Bluehost, WordPress.com, Showit, etc.). Once your migration is complete, you should be able to cancel your other hosting. Just keep in mind that if you have email set up with your other hosting or your domain is registered with that host, you’ll either need to move those or just pay for those options. If you need to move your email, we recommend Google Business mail (it’s what we use). If you need to move your domain, we recommend Google Domains.
Are we on Google’s payroll? Nope! We just like keeping everything in one place and most people use Gmail.
We specialize in making sure WordPress websites run great.
The current version of The Palm Tree Club is only for WordPress users. If you’re interested in a Showit version of the Palm Tree Club, feel free to reach out to us at support@daveyandkrista.com.
The only other fee you’ll need to pay for is an Elementor Pro license. That is $49 a year and is required for all of our Elementor websites.
Yes! Our support is one of the things that sets up apart from the hosting companies that charge only a few dollars a month. If something breaks or you need help with something, just send us an email! We often find ourselves logging directly into your site to help troubleshoot an issue.
By joining the Club, you are committing to a year of hosting. You can choose to go month-to-month or you can save money by selecting an annual plan. Some plans come with bonuses such as a website design, which when claimed commit you to 12-months of hosting. While we want to make things as flexible as possible, we do need to prevent people from “cheating” the system by signing up for 1-month, claiming a bunch of bonuses, then canceling.
No, but we can help you get up with Google’s GSuite, which we highly recommend for business email. It’s only $5/month.
We highly recommend using Google Domains to buy and manage domain names.
Yep! You can choose from any of our full WordPress website designs. Add-on pages (such as the pricing or album pages) are not included in the offer but can be added at any point.
We’re happy to help! Just inquire here for details.
If you’re coming from WordPress or Showit, your content migration is free! If you’re coming from Squarespace, Wix or another platform, most likely we’ll need to use a third party service to export your content. That’s something we have to pay for and depending on how many blog posts you have, the price varies. On average, a website with 100 blog posts would be about $70 to migrate. If you have questions about this, just send your blog post count to support@daveyandkrista.com and we can give you a more accurate estimate!
Please note that this isn’t something we profit off of. We’re passing the hard cost of migrating your posts directly to you.
Please allow up to 5 business days for a website migration. We’ll let you know when everything has been migrated successfully.
There should be no interruption in service while we are migrating your website.
You sure can! We offer a discount for additional websites—just reach out to us for details (support@daveyandkrista.com).
We can manage hosting for WordPress.org websites. WordPress.com websites can only be hosted by WordPress.com.
There are a few key differences between the two WordPress options. WordPress.org is free and open-source. As a a result, you’ll have a lot more flexibility in building your website. WordPress.com is still WordPress, but there are certain restrictions based on which plan you choose (because they host your website). Feel free to reach out to us at support@daveyandkrista.com with additional questions about this.
Yep! You may switch plans at any time. Certain restrictions may apply when downgrading plans. Feel free to reach out with more questions.
You may claim any of our WordPress designs that are available in The Palm Shop.
